With over 20+ years industry experience, Matt has a wealth of strategic and applicational knowledge.
Having spent 10 years of his career in London working within top UK agencies, he has experience working directly with global client teams from a wide range of industries.
Matt’s core specialism is in branding and through his career he has helped evolve, expand and create success stories for many client businesses.
What drives the passion for what he does is the journey. Working closely with clients and the internal team, he takes great fulfilment from helping people achieve their goals and ambitions.

With over three decades of experience building, shaping, and scaling standout brands, Jeremy has worked with some of the world’s most recognised names - including Timberland, Harvey Nichols, Bicester Village, Barclays, Audi, Vodafone, and Carlsberg Marston’s. As Partner and NED Advisor at Designmc, Jeremy helps guide the agency’s evolution - supporting the team and our clients in pushing boundaries, unlocking value, and creating bold, brand-led futures.

James is the studios digital maestro. As our Digital Director, he develops and delivers industry-leading digital infrastructures and digital transformations for our clients. Driving key decisions he identifies high quality digital solutions to meet business ambitions and client expectations.
James steers the agency's cross-functional digital strategies and deliverables and, when faced with challenges and unknowns he always discovers the best, most efficient solution.

James is the Chief Technology Officer here at Designmc, bringing over a decade of experience in digital product engineering, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies. With a background in web, mobile, and game development - and a Computer Science degree from Aston University - he leads our technical vision and oversees the development of scalable, high-performance digital solutions.
James drives our R&D efforts, ensuring our clients benefit from forward-thinking technology, robust engineering standards, and solutions built for the future.

With over 17+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Web Development, Rob has become a results-driven individual with the skills required to successfully implement cross-channel digital campaigns that generate increased brand awareness, sales and ROI.
Rob has worked on many Digital Marketing campaigns and projects for companies that cover a wide range of different sectors across various countries (B2B, B2C, eCommerce, Affiliates, Price Comparison etc).

John is the Senior Web Developer at Designmc, bringing over 7 years of experience working across fast-paced digital agencies. With a degree in Web Design and Development from Coventry University, he has led development on multiple large-scale, multinational projects - delivering robust, high-performance websites and digital products.
John specialises in modern web technologies, scalable architectures, and forward-thinking development practices. He brings a fresh perspective to innovative tech solutions, combining technical precision with creative problem-solving to push our clients’ digital experiences further.

Mark loves nothing more than cracking tough briefs with insightful, commercially strong creative. Not only has he worked with some of the top agencies in the UK, he also spent a few years in Amsterdam, working directly for international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Vlisco, Philips and Converse. Such brand exposure has given Mark a rich experience he applies to all projects.
For Mark, the idea is king. Ideas that seek out human truths and tensions to give brands meaning to their consumers every day. Working closely with the rest of the team, Mark develops the brand stories that resonate deeply with our client’s audience, across all touch points, in a creative and compelling way.

After completing studies in Media Production, Luke honed his craft scriptwriting for both EastEnders and Hollyoaks and developed the art of storytelling with a creative eye.
Now, having worked in Digital Marketing for 10 years alongside Media Production, he is able to lean on the knowledge and skills he has learnt to combine great stories, production and editing into highly considered solutions.
Passionate about everything creative and, with an RTS Best Short Documentary under his belt, Luke takes a hands-on approach when it comes to video production.

KoKo plays an integral role in the day-to-day running of the studio.
With a youthful energy and positive personality, she can usually be found sitting on team member laps having quick fire chats about the next big marketing campaign. Welcoming clients at the door with a tiny tongue lick handshake, KoKo sets the standard in encouraging cheerful client-to-agency communication.
