The specialist recruitment firm approached our agency when they sought to pioneer a new approach in elevating their candidate brief documents to a standout level that would ultimately capture the interest of top candidates.
Working closely with the Partners, we strategised an optimal solution that would not only attract the attention of candidates but would also further enhance and expand the end clients brand exposure and reach.
This resulted in our team coming up with a solution of extracting the essence of the brand identities and, being mindful of guidelines, applying the stylisation rules to the candidate brief contents detail.
We created a series of varied candidate brief document designs for global and national brands. Utilising the established identities for the design showed to the end client seeking recruitment specialists, that Clarity offered a higher level of considered quality and an understanding of the brands they would be working with.
The biggest challenge we faced was the vital importance of working meticulously when using the brand guidelines of such highly established brands, finely balanced with using the content provided by the client for the candidate briefs themselves.
