The Brief

Clinic No5 approached our agency at a defining moment in their growth, with plans to open a larger, more advanced clinic and expand their medical training services. To support this evolution, they wanted a refreshed brand and digital presence that would elevate their reputation across both patient care and professional education.

From the outset, the brief was clear: create a chic, contemporary brand identity that balances style with clinical credibility. The new look and feel needed to reflect the clinic’s medical-led ethos, precision-driven standards, and commitment to excellence.

Our Approach

Our first step was to clearly define the dual nature of the Clinic No5 brand: a leading medical aesthetics clinic and a trusted provider of advanced medical training.

Through an in-depth discovery session, we gained valuable insight into the clinic’s aspirations, values, and future vision. A key revelation was the founder’s appreciation for chic, understated fashion - an aesthetic that naturally aligned with the brand’s desire to present itself as elevated, modern, and confident.

With this direction, our team explored design cues from globally recognised luxury lifestyle brands, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and precision. The resulting brand suite embraces a bold yet minimal visual language that feels both fashion-forward and medically grounded. Clean lines, refined typography, and a contemporary palette work together to express the perfect balance: chic visual appeal with an understated clinical sophistication.

Creative Development

With the new logo suite firmly established, our focus turned to expanding the wider brand identity and creating a visual system that could flex elegantly across both sides of the business.

A core creative challenge of this project was achieving the precise balance between chic, fashion-inspired styling and the clarity, credibility, and professionalism expected of a medically-led clinic. The supporting graphic language needed to elevate the brand without overwhelming it; to feel stylish and contemporary, yet unmistakably rooted in clinical precision.

To strike this balance, we drew inspiration from an essential tool of the clinic’s practice: the syringe needle. This reference provided a subtle yet powerful design foundation.

From this, we developed a set of supporting graphics that are visually sharp, linear, and clean. The forms feel both precise and intentional, yet also modern and fashion-forward, reinforcing the dual identity of Clinic No5.

To ensure versatility across the clinic’s two service areas, we crafted two monochrome variations and applied the new branding across a variety of assets for the business.

The Website

The next phase of the project focused on designing and building a website that could effectively support Clinic No5’s dual offering. With services split between medical aesthetics and medical training, it was essential that the new site delivered two distinct yet seamlessly connected user journeys.

To achieve this, we crafted a digital architecture that places clarity, usability, and intuitive navigation at the forefront. Built using a Headless CMS, we developed a range of user-centred features to enhance the experience across both service areas. These included dynamic consultation forms, a streamlined treatment showcase integrated directly into the main menu, an independent and secure payment system for training course bookings, and clearly signposted calls to action to guide users toward key conversion points.

Visually, the site carries forward the new brand identity with consistency and sophistication, ensuring that regardless of the audience - patient or practitioner - the brand message feels unified, modern, and credible.

The final result is a dynamic, scalable website that not only elevates Clinic No5’s digital presence but is strategically designed to grow alongside the clinic as it expands.
